We (the
manufacturer)
warrant our
products and
their parts
against defects
in materials and
workmanship for
a period of one
(1) year after
the date of
original
purchase.
During this
period, the
manufacturer
will repair or
replace
defective parts
with new or
reconditioned
parts at the
manufacturer's
option without
charge to you
(shipping costs
are excluded).
All original
parts replaced
by the
manufacturer
become property
of the
manufacturer.
You are
responsible for
payment, at
current rates,
for any service
or repair
outside the
scope of this
limited

All warranties
required to be
implied by state
law are
expressly
limited to the
duration of the
warranty set
forth above.
Some states do
not allow
limitations on
how long an
implied warranty
lasts, so the
above
limitations may
not apply to

the exception of

limited, the
foregoing
express warranty

lieu of all

shall the

liable for
special,
incidental,
consequential,
or punitive
damages,
including,
without
limitation,
damage to other
property caused
by any defect in
this product,
inconvenience,
loss of
goodwill, lost
profits or
associated
equipment, loss
of substitutive
equipment,
downtime cost or
claims of any
party dealing
with purchaser
for such
damages,
resulting from
the use of this
product or
arising from the
breach of
warranty or
contract,
negligence, or
any other legal
theory.
Some states do
not allow the
exclusion or
limitation of
incidental or
consequential
damages, so the
above limitation
may not apply to
