Are Cadmus (Billionton) Bluetooth products compatible with other vendors Bluetooth products?

What should I do when prompted to enter a PIN code?
Depending on your device it may, or may not, have a pre-set PIN code. Usually it is printed on the device itself or the documentation that came with the device.  For most cellular phones you can choose your own 4 digit code to bond with your Bluetooth enabled computer.

How do you transfer media files to the frame?
The digital frame plays media stored on compatible media cards.  You can insert your media card directly from your digital camera, or what most users do is purchase a media card to keep with the frame.  Having the additional media card allows you to keep your favorite photos with the frame.  If your computer does not have a built in media card reader you will need to purchase a USB memory card reader.  Once installed on your computer you can insert the media cards into the reader and transfer your favorite media files that you have stored on your hard drive to the card.

Does the frame have any onboard memory for media storage?
No, there is not onboard memory available for media storage on the frame.  All media must be stored on a compatible media card.

Can I listen to audio and view images at the same time?
Yes, start your slideshow and hit the PIC + MP3 button on your remote.

Does the frame have a USB connection?
No, our digital frames do not have a USB connection available.

What kind of video files are supported?
We recommend using MPEG-I and MPEG-II as your video file format, but some of our frames do support 3GP and DIVX files as well..

What if I only have an XD media card?
You have 2 options.  You can purchase an XD-to-CF adapter or you can purchase a new media card that is supported by the frame.  Most people choose to purchase a new card to keep with their frame, which allows them to keep their favorite photos with their frame.
